Your order will be delivered (tracking available) by registered Courier, such as TNT Express, Express Post, Australia post or VIP same day courier service. We will use the most cost-effective option taking into account weight and the urgency of the delivery. A signature will need to be obtained for most orders dispatched with a courier, a business address is prefereable for deliveries. We will quote you on delivery charges when you submit your order.

Delivery to Business address. Orders will be delivered during business hours. Signature will be required for most orders.

(This estimate does not include the production time as this varies depending on the product ordered).

• Sydney Metropolitan Area: Usually Next Day (same day is possible)*
• Melbourne Metropolitan Area: Usually Next Day
• Brisbane Metropolitan Area: Usually Next Day
• Adelaide Metropolitan Area: Usually Next Day
• Tasmania, Perth, Darwin Metropolitan Area: 2 - 4 days
• Most non-metropolitan Areas: 2 - 4 days
• For all other areas, including rural areas & Islands, please allow extra time: 3 - 14 days

* Guaranteed VIP delivery (within 2 - 4hours & same day) is available for some Sydney suburbs when required.

How long can I expect my order to take before being dispatched?

Standard turnaround for most products is 3-6 days, however most jobs can be turned around sooner; next day or same day is possible. (cost to be advised).

• Standard trophies/giftware are usually ready within 2 - 6 days.
• Crystal & glass awards, perpetual trophies, shield & plaques, within 2 - 6 days.
• Standard engraving services (e.g. USB's, dogtags, keyrings, jewellery, pens, name plates, tankards, trophy plates) within 2 - 6 days.
• Stainless steel & brass signs/plaques; custom plaques; etc...within 2 days - 2 weeks
• Custom awards within 1 - 3 weeks.
• Cast bronze plaques & medals, large signs within 2 - 8 weeks.
