Ordering Process

How to order online

Once you've submitted your order, you will automatically be sent an "order confirmation email" to the email address you specified.

If you have any artwork, text, or instructions to add to your order, please reply to the "order confirmation email" once you have submitted your order & attached any relevant information so we can send you a quote. Click here for our preferred file formats.

During business hours, you should receive a response within 10min - 2hrs from when we receive your order.

Payment or credit card details are not required at the checkout process.

Prices

Prices are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Postage, freight & handling charges are extra, but will be kept to a minimum.

For some of the products the price of engraving is included. This information is displayed at the bottom of each product " Engraving is included in price*" along with any other criteria. Setup fees or additional costs may apply for some products & are not included in the displayed costs. Express service charge may apply for short turnaround times.

Orders must be submitted online, website prices are only available for online orders.

Not all our products include engraving costs (in particular giftware). You can purchase our products without engraving, just submit your order with no engraving details or you can write '(no engraving required)'.

Payment

Payment or credit card details are not required at the checkout process.

An order is deemed an order and processed for production once payment has been made and funds are cleared.

You will receive a formal quote/invoice for payment after we receive your order.

Payment can be made by the following methods

  • Credit Card (MasterCard, Visa, Amex).
  • EFT / Direct Debit - account details are found on the bottom of the invoice, please allow 1-4 working days for bank clearance & email us when you've made payment so we can process your order quickly.
  • Cash - in person at our store.
  • Paypal on request (2.7% paypal processing fee will be passed on).

Can you guarantee my payment is secure?

For your security we do not retain credit card details after your transaction. Only for Hire Items do we keep the credit card details until the items are returned.

Accuracy of product data displayed on the website

While every attempt is made to keep correct product data (including dimensions supplied, colour & price), there will always inevitably be minor discrepancies. Trophy products (for example, figurines) are updated every 6-12 months with minor adjustments; however it is not always practical to update the image with every minor change. Where the change is quite noticeable, we will inform you at the time of your order.
